Frequently Asked Questions.
Practical information to include before requesting a quotation or arranging a factory visit.
01 How long does it take to receive a quotation?
Baocheng Electrical aims to acknowledge complete enquiries within 24 hours on working days. Final quotation timing depends on the product configuration and whether drawings, standards, test requirements, or destination-market documents need engineering review.
02 Can you provide a complete switchgear or distribution solution?
Project scope can be reviewed after you provide the single-line diagram, system voltage, rated current, short-circuit level, installation environment, applicable standard, quantities, and delivery country. The engineering team will identify what can be supplied and what information is still required.
03 How do warranty and after-sales service work?
Warranty duration, exclusions, spare-parts availability, and service responsibilities should be stated in the formal quotation and purchase agreement. For installed equipment, include the model, serial number, commissioning date, site conditions, and clear photos or test records when requesting support.
04 Do you support international shipping and installation?
Export packaging, shipping documents, Incoterms, and available installation support are confirmed for each destination and order scope. State the destination country, preferred delivery term, project schedule, and whether remote or on-site guidance is required.
05 Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Factory visits may be arranged by appointment after the facility address, visitor list, requested date, and product scope are confirmed. Do not book travel until Baocheng Electrical has provided written confirmation of the visit details.
